The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to students in schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
  • Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in TX through TDLR
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
