We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This is an onsite role, working with students to help them improve their communication abilities.

**Position Details:**

  • Employment Type: Full-time, onsite
  • Pay: Competitive; paid every Friday
  • Contract Type: W2 with benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
  • Track progress and make necessary adjustments

**Requirements:**

  • Licensed SLP in Texas
  • Experience working with children is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
