About the Role

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Automotive Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our body shop, you will be responsible for evaluating collision damage and performing body repair on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate collision damage and determine the extent of repairs required
  • Perform body repair on vehicles, including straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, and refinishing metal
  • Work with the estimator to determine the cost of repairs
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Automotive collision training highly preferred
  • 5+ years of collision repair experience
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • High productivity while maintaining high-quality work
  • Ability to work well with co-workers
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Ability to understand manufacturer's specifications
