Customer Service Specialist Job Description

Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of customer service experience in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
