Responsibilities
  • Oversee the pool area, making safety announcements and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for poolside activities, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and guests.
  • Submit and report incidents to the appropriate manager, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident and guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks, maintaining the pool and surrounding areas.
  • Inspect and maintain sports equipment, ensuring it is in good working order for resident use.
  • Report broken equipment to the manager, facilitating timely replacement and minimizing downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Be approachable and accessible to residents and guests, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Completion of college-level courses in hospitality is strongly desirable.
  • Two or more years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with multiple language fluency desirable.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time.
  • Walk and climb stairs, handle, finger, grasp, and feel objects and equipment.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
  • Ability to navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet the job demands.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans. You will also receive time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.

Compensation: $54,000.00
