Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and commission BAS/BMS and DDC controls systems
  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on BAS equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BAS hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on-site to ensure successful project completion
  • Program BAS devices according to project specifications
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and concisely to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BAS technology
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with BAS/BMS or DDC controls
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, ALC, or similar
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
