About Our Early Intervention Program

We provide comprehensive services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in infant-toddler development and utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area and collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
  • Coordinate the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan for assigned caseload.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
