Job Title: Civil Engineer - Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our civil team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight and project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance expectations
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise when necessary
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scopes
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate successful project completion
  • Effectively facilitate team and client meetings
  • Provide oversight of project staff
  • Complete project documents and initiate and complete any required documentation
  • Manage project budgets
  • Seek new clients and projects
  • Participate in the development of proposals for new projects
  • Effectively communicate information in both written and verbal forms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • PE license is required
  • Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience
