Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance expectations
- Create and execute project work plans and revise when necessary

- Provide oversight of project staff
- Complete project documents and initiate and complete any required documentation
- Manage project budgets
- Seek new clients and projects
- Participate in the development of proposals for new projects
- Effectively communicate information in both written and verbal forms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- PE license is required
- Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience
