Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations within a designated geographical area, driving growth, and maintaining high levels of account retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the District Manager to create budgets, business plans, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage labor and expenses to meet benchmarks.
- Execute sales plans through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and bids, and follow the sales process to generate new business.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular check-ins, both virtual and in-person.
- Meet rebooking goals and ensure all agreements are submitted on time.
- Hire, train, and manage full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing development to ensure the team meets its objectives.
- Ensure proper scheduling of photography dates, meet time-sensitive deadlines, and oversee job submissions to ensure they are production-ready.
- Address and resolve customer service issues promptly, solicit feedback, and follow up on prior customers to address concerns and improve retention.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of industry-related sales and supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and virtual meeting tools.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
