About the Role

  • Ideate and produce innovative designs for tradeshows, expos, large format print and medium format graphics.
  • Maintain a high level of creativity and digital skills, ensuring clean and polished aesthetics.
  • Think beyond design discipline boundaries to architect integrated campaigns and programs.
  • Refine and present creative work to internal and external audiences.
  • Multitask with the ability to self-manage multiple assigned projects.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments from project and account management to video.
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and changes with stakeholders.
  • Inspire teams with ideas, new technology, art, projects, and trends.
  • Work with vendors and internal production teams to ensure project quality, design integrity, fiscal validity, and brand standards adherence.

Your Background

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
  • 6+ years of agency experience and hands-on experience with experiential projects.
  • Advanced level of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Keynote.
  • Working knowledge of motion and animation graphic programs such as After Effects.
  • Evidence of being a self-starter.
  • Superior presentation skills and the ability to convey ideas, concepts, and designs to internal and external clients.
  • Superior communication and collaboration skills.
