About the Role

This Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Talent acquisition: identifying, recruiting, and selecting candidates for hotel positions
  • Employee relations: managing employee conflicts, addressing performance issues, and facilitating resolution
  • Benefits administration: ensuring accurate and timely payment of benefits, maintaining records, and communicating with employees
  • Compliance: ensuring adherence to employment laws, government regulations, and company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma plus 2 years related experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Professional HR designation (PHR, SPHR or other) preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Computer programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and Human Resources/payroll systems
  • ADP/Timesaver experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and corporate human resources and legal staff
  • Strong problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities
