Overview

CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Clinic RN role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, utilizing best practices and evidence-based guidelines to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including case management and care coordination.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
Qualifications
  • One year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in ambulatory care.
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • BSN preferred, encouraged to obtain within 3 years of assuming role.
  • Current state RN license/Current RN license from a participating state in National Licensure Compact.
  • Current BLS is required.
  • RNs Certification in Ambulatory Nursing through the AAACN, preferred.
