About the Role:

As a Production Assembler Lead at MeriCal LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way. This is a key role that requires a natural leader with a talent for motivating and guiding teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify all packaging instructions are followed to the letter.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure our products meet the high standards MeriCal is known for.
  • Manage staging and clearing production lines to keep us running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Ensure all cleaning logs and production paperwork are completed and signed off properly.
  • Mentor and motivate team members, assigning tasks and setting daily goals to ensure everyone is aligned and working together toward success.
  • Work with the Maintenance Department to handle any equipment changes or issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a production line lead, ideally in an FDA-regulated packaging environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Able to stand for long periods (8-12 hours) and lift over 50 lbs when needed.
  • High School Diploma is a must; an A.A. or higher is a plus.
