About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Production Assembler to join our dynamic team at MeriCal LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for packaging components into shipping cartons, PICs, or displays as required by the customer and our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep up with the lines, packing quality products while the machine is running with minimal downtime.
  • Produce enough PICs and shippers on the line to maximize production.
  • Use good hand-eye coordination to hot glue PICs.
  • Efficiently make shippers, PICs, or other assemblies necessary to support Production.
  • Assist other employees on the line to maximize production as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Show flexibility to work on other lines or special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Maintain awareness of the workstation to avoid any potential trip or fall hazards.
  • Assist in production wherever needed and as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Able to read, write, and speak basic English to ensure correct product packing per specifications and proper execution of directions.
  • Possess basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for the entire 8-12 hour shift.
  • Familiarity with a Production environment or Packaging experience is a plus.
