Job Summary:

KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem. We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Measurement, Analytics and Control (MACH) team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create test cases for the functional properties of our software products and select suitable test methods.
  • Record, document and analyze software errors.
  • Improve our software and its features in an agile development team.
  • Automate test cases and help bring new test automation projects to life.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in related computer science or related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience as a software test analyst with test automation projects.
  • Experience in dealing with issue tracking and test management software.
  • Certification like the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) is an advantage.
