Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and Database Management: Process all matters related to registration, including ID and passport matters, registration, deregistration, criminal record checks, and certifications.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain the registration database and create evaluations and statistics.
  • Licensing and Certifications: Issue fishing licenses and assist with other related tasks.
  • Departmental Support: Assist with other tasks in the department of Public Safety, including elections.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: Completed vocational training as a clerk in public administration or a comparable qualification in a similar field.
  • Skills and Experience: Proficiency in relevant software and systems, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
