Jupiter, a second restaurant from the team behind King, celebrates the generous simplicity of regional Italian food and drink in New York's iconic Rockefeller Center.

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working chefs to join our dynamic, joyful kitchen team.

• Learn to make fresh pasta by hand every day, using our extruder and sheeter, making fresh doughs, mixing and seasoning fillings, and being inspired by all the Italian pasta grannies overseas.
• Maintain a high quality of fresh pasta in a large volume, driving daily production pars, organizing inventory, storing and rotating dried pasta, tracking changes in the weather or storage that may affect the final product, and more.
• Collaborate with other chefs and managers on ergonomics, prep, set-up/break-down, and inventory, always interested in learning from your experiences and teaching you our best practices.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our menu and the culinary traditions that inspire us.
• Participate in ongoing training, education, and tasting.

• You are passionate about Italian food, making it, learning about it, and eating it
• You are a team player with clear communication and follow-through

• You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• You are able to communicate in English, through written and verbal communications
• You are able to lift 50+ pounds
• You are available on nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
