Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized interactions with customers, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Be knowledgeable of the full suite of AT&T products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Meet key objectives and sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with curbside delivery, online orders, and prospecting efforts to attain new customers.
  • Maintain store inventory, perform basic sanitizing procedures, and merchandise products.

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Consultant, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base pay plus commission. Our average annual total compensation for this role is $30,725. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

In addition, you will receive a range of perks, including a mobile device, discounts on accessories and additional AT&T products and services, and a spring and fall fund to spend on Team Color apparel.
