Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient environment
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse
- Promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
- Tennessee or compact state RN license in good standing
- Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification (American Heart Association) required within 90 days
- Minimum 1 year previous Cath Lab experience required
