Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team at Leidos, working on a project to replace an existing 3rd party work management system for one of the top 10 largest electric companies in the U.S.

The successful candidate will oversee projects within the program, ensuring timely closure while monitoring risks, issues, dependencies, and alignment with business initiatives. They will be responsible for executive reporting, status updates, and coordination of schedules and objectives across business and IT project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of projects within the program to bring to closure.
  • Monitoring risks, issues, dependencies, and ensuring alignment with business initiatives.
  • Ensuring IT projects are aligned with business communications and meter mass deployment through steady-state deployment.
  • Ensuring legacy application alignment.
  • Responsible for executive reporting and status updates to IT and business senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar degree with 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Salesforce knowledge is a must.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Solid understanding of Project Management and Project Management Office.
  • Excellent researching, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: $112,450.00 - $203,275.00 per year. The salary range is based on responsibilities, education, experience, and internal equity. Additional factors may influence the extended offer, including applicable bargaining agreements or other laws.
