Job Title: Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician

View Point Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to subordinate staff, reviewing care plans, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to subordinate staff, including reviewing care plans and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed, including emergency admissions and involuntary commitments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and service providers to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Full clinical licensure in the state of Georgia (LCSW, LPC).
  • Two years of related post-license experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • LCSW or LPC licensure.
  • Experience with Carelogic or other EHR/EMR systems.
  • Previous experience working with SPMI, SUD, and/or co-occurring disorders.
