Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, isolate, repair, and replace defective components
  • Update the CRM tool with case information
  • Draft service advisories and submit field service reports to clients

A bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering is required, along with 3-5 years of field engineering experience in power conversion. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience.
