  • Prepare banquet areas as directed by the supervisor.
  • Participate in pre-event meetings to understand function details, including guest and venue expectations.
  • Serve food and beverages in the specified order and according to supervisor expectations to maintain consistency throughout the event.
  • Refill beverages as needed and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Efficiently clear dishes as guests finish each course or at the conclusion of the event.
  • Address guest special requests and resolve any complaints that may arise.
  • Comply with all local, state, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Adhere to sustainability practices as outlined in the company's EarthView program.
  • Maintain safe working practices; utilize protective equipment and follow safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills
