Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and care for patients in the Emergency Room, including those with medical, surgical, pediatric, and emergency conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited professional nursing educational program.
  • Current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
  • At least one year of professional nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the Emergency Room or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with complex medical conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
