Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Interior Technician II to join our team at The Structures Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the removal, installation, and fabrication of aircraft interiors, including trim, cabinetry, carpets, and light structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform removal, installation, and fabrication of aircraft interiors
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards, FAA regulations, and customer expectations
  • Use tools and equipment for interior installations, following safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of applicable installation, fabrication, or related experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation
  • Proficiency with hand/power tools for aircraft interior work
  • Physically able to climb ladders, work in small spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work any shift

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the aerospace industry
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques
  • Ability to use material tracking systems and manage aircraft-related paperwork
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to changing schedules
