United Health Services Hospitals is seeking a skilled Geriatric APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide healthcare services to patients within local nursing facilities
- Complete documentation, administer and order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and prescribe therapies
- Develop and implement patient management plans, electronic medical records progress notes, and assist in providing continuity of care
- Participate in on-call rotations with support from Geriatric physicians and other nurse practitioners
- Current New York State license and National Certification
- Preferred experience in Geriatrics, with new grads considered with at least 5 years of nursing experience
- Benefits-eligible position
- Competitive salary range: $127,100 - $148,300 annually
