Job Description

As a Clinical Investigator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of medical care in New York State. This position requires a registered nurse with at least five years of clinical experience, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investigative techniques, computer skills, and knowledge of current minimum standards of medical practice. Your duties will include performing medical reviews, investigating complaints, and developing investigative plans for cases involving violations of NYS Public Health Law, Section 230.

You will work closely with Medical Coordinators to review patient files, draft correspondence, and maintain databases. Your ability to opine on standard of care and provide clear recommendations for disposition of cases is essential.
