Clinical Review Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clinical reviews of patient files to identify appropriateness of care provided
• Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with Medical Coordinators to review patient files and opine on standard of care
• Communicate findings and recommendations to healthcare providers and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse with current license and registration, with no disciplinary actions on license
• Minimum five years of clinical experience
• Three (3) years investigative experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Experience with the professional medical conduct process
