Job Title: Scrum Master Senior

Deliver cutting-edge solutions to complex problems as a Scrum Master at General Dynamics Information Technology. Key Responsibilities:
  • Host daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain product backlogs, remove obstacles, and keep the TPM informed on project status.
  • Work closely with the Release Manager to keep plans, schedules, and roadmaps up-to-date.
  • Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain solutions to total systems or subsystems using commercial off-the-shelf products.
  • Provide end-to-end project management support throughout the life cycle.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure problem-solving, risk reduction, and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Required Experience: 8+ years
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
  • Location: Customer Site

The salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, but rather a range based on experience, location, and contractual requirements.
