At ManTech International Corporation, we're committed to protecting our nation's security while fostering a culture of innovation and growth. As a Data Services Senior Engagement Lead, you'll play a critical role in delivering data management and analytics solutions to our Federal clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead one or more engagements across the full project life cycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of data management and analytics solutions.
  • Lead engagement teams of varying sizes, providing guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped to meet project objectives.
  • Assist with recruiting and provide staff performance evaluations, helping to develop and grow our team's capabilities.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop strategies and schedules for engagement deliverables, working closely with team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Create engagement spend plans, forecast labor hours, and adjust spend plans as needed to ensure project profitability.
  • Approve client invoices and meet engagement revenue and profit metrics, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Maintain a library of all relevant engagement documentation and a risk registry, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Support business development capture efforts and proposals, helping to identify new business opportunities and develop winning proposals.
  • Participate in corporate internal change initiatives, driving innovation and growth within our organization.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through conference presentations and industry publication articles, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the field.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, demonstrating expertise in project management principles and practices.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • 8+ years of experience working with Federal clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • 8+ years of experience delivering solutions that address data management and analytics challenges, such as data strategy, data governance, data architecture, data warehouse, data lake, and data science.
  • Experience with change management techniques and Agile Scrum methodologies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in project execution.
  • Agile certification preferred, such as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or SAFe Agilist.
  • Master's degree preferred, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in a relevant field.
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a Secret level clearance, ensuring access to sensitive information and projects.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the workday, with frequent communication with team members and clients.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
