We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Weekend Direct Support Professional in Harford County. As a DSP, you will provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, assisting with personal hygiene, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is for a Weekend Awake Overnight shift, Friday to Sunday, pm-9am. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to their independence and productivity.

As a member of our team, you will receive paid trainings, including CPR/First Aid, and opportunities to obtain Med Tech Certification. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance plans, retirement, sick and vacation time, short and long-term disability plans, and paid holidays.

Key responsibilities of the DSP include:

Cultivating and expanding independent living skills

Implementing strategies to achieve individuals' personal goals

Eligible candidates must have a high school degree/GED and a current driver's license with less than three points on the driving record. You must remain in the designated position for the time intervals specified above to qualify for the bonus payout.
