**Heavy Highway Estimator Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Highway Estimator to join our team at Carroll Distributing and Construction Supply, Inc. in Des Moines, IA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for paving projects in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze drawings and specifications to provide competitive bids for paving projects
* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
* Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery

**Requirements:**

* 3 years of related experience in estimating or engineering
* Prior experience in estimating/engineering role on public and private construction projects
