Job Description

Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production & Assembly team member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and production of water treatment products in our assembly warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble water treatment products according to specifications
  • Perform quality checks on finished and raw products
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and tracking
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist with all general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse assembly, or construction role is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physical environment and meet production targets
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and be able to stand and be on your feet all day
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to fluently speak and communicate in English
  • Background check & drug test mandatory prior to starting employment
