Job Description
Promote hotel excellence by performing general maintenance duties, ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient and effective services. Utilize your expertise in drywall installation, wall vinyl application, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, floor cleaning, kitchen equipment operation, basic lighting, and electrical work to provide top-notch service.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in hands-on general maintenance.
  • A strong foundation in skills such as drywall, wall vinyl, painting, general plumbing, pool maintenance, floor cleaning, kitchen equipment, basic lighting, and electrical skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules.
  • A valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in HVAC.
  • Certification in Pool Operations (CPO).
  • ServSafe Certification.
