- Feedback and Improvement: Collect and share member feedback with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the member experience.
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in retail, restaurants, or a similar in-person-based service industry.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate professionalism, and possess strong verbal communication skills.
- Results-Focused: Results-driven individual with a personal code of ethics and integrity.
- Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred.
