Key Responsibilities
  • Member Engagement: Greet members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone, creating a welcoming atmosphere and building strong relationships.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, daily cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
  • Sales and Upselling: Provide club tours, sell memberships, and promote personal training services to drive revenue growth.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and share member feedback with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the member experience.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in retail, restaurants, or a similar in-person-based service industry.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate professionalism, and possess strong verbal communication skills.
  • Results-Focused: Results-driven individual with a personal code of ethics and integrity.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred.
