Responsabilidades:
- Coordinar la selección y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos adecuados.
- Monitorear ventas y otros indicadores clave para entender y alcanzar todos los objetivos financieros.
- Gestionar los bancos individuales para cada instalación de F&B.
- Reunir, reconciliar y depositar informes y fondos individuales diariamente.
- Asegurar un servicio al cliente positivo, respondiendo a quejas de manera rápida y efectiva.
- Verificar que las facturas coincidan con las entregas y enviarlas con el dinero y recibos a la oficina diariamente.
- Realizar tareas de apertura y cierre de turno, incluyendo el inicio/limpieza de equipos y la preparación general de alimentos.
- Mantener las áreas de cocina y cocción, asegurando que el equipo y las áreas de almacenamiento de alimentos estén limpios y organizados según las regulaciones del Departamento de Salud.
- Crear un ambiente de trabajo divertido, seguro y gratificante para los miembros del equipo, manteniendo una comunicación abierta con el personal.
- Preparar alimentos solicitados por los clientes utilizando una variedad de equipos de cocina.
- Asegurar el control de calidad tanto en el área de servicio como en la cocina mediante recetas y métodos de preparación adecuados.
- Garantizar que se cumplan siempre los estándares de seguridad alimentaria y limpieza.
- Informar cualquier problema de equipo o mantenimiento al Gerente de Alimentos y Bebidas y/o al departamento de Mantenimiento.
Calificaciones:
- Competencia básica en computación, incluyendo el uso de correo electrónico, internet y Microsoft Office (Word y Excel).
- Habilidades de liderazgo demostradas.
- Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente y comunicación.
- Habilidades matemáticas básicas.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y gestionar el tiempo.
- Jugador de equipo altamente motivado con fuerte iniciativa y deseo de logro.
- Debe poder aprobar el Programa de Certificación de Manipulador de Alimentos Seguro dentro de los 60 días posteriores a la contratación.
- Se prefiere 1 año de experiencia en gestión de restaurantes/servicio de alimentos.
- Se desea 6 meses de experiencia previa en bartending.
- Conocimiento demostrado de administración de restaurantes, preparación de alimentos y seguridad alimentaria.
