Key Responsibilities:
- Execute service calls for commercial clients
- Install new systems for Fire Detection, Intrusion Protection, Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Network Infrastructure
- Manage conduit and cabling for both new and existing systems
- Service components of Fire and Intrusion systems
- Maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction
- Continuously enhance knowledge through seminars, conferences, and professional training

Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of experience with fire alarm and/or electronic security systems
- Proficient in reading blueprint drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Organized and methodical with a keen attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with Honeywell Vista and/or Firelite preferred
- Knowledge of NFPA Inspection and testing requirements preferred

Education and Certifications:
- Current FASA/BASA required
- ESA and/or NICET Certification preferred
- Candidates with current state licensing are preferred

Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Capability to utilize a ladder

Work Schedule:
- Typically 40-48 hours per week during standard business hours
- Regular network maintenance outside of normal hours, approximately once or twice a month
- Occasional work outside typical hours for special projects.

Salary:
Starting at $35.00 per hour

Experience Requirements:

- Intrusion alarm installation: 3+ years
- Video surveillance installation: 3+ years
