Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Kitchen Operations: Oversee the efficient preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train, motivate, and develop a diverse team of cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers to achieve exceptional service and quality.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and control food, labor, and inventory costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the kitchen and dining areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with the Executive Kitchen Manager, General Manager, and other departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a kitchen supervisor or lead cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Possess required certifications and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using restaurant management software and other technology tools.
