Job Summary

The University of St. Thomas is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty Member to teach Computer Science courses. As a member of our faculty, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion for computer science with our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach one or more Computer Science courses, including Introduction to Programming, Computer Technology and Business Applications, Object Oriented Programming, and other electives.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments to promote student learning and success.
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to students, including office hours and feedback on assignments.
  • Stay current with developments in computer science and incorporate relevant technologies and methodologies into your teaching practices.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
  • Or, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and at least 18 graduate credits in Computer Science.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or eligible for legally required exemption.
