Blue Bird Day LLC is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Developmental Therapist to join our team of top pediatric specialists. As a Child Development Specialist, you will work directly with clients aged 2-6 years old and their families to support development and caregiver success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement an intensive therapeutic program to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric care.
- Work directly with clients and their families to support development and caregiver success.
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including Early Childhood Development, Applied Behavior Science, Behavior Modification and Management, DIR/Floortime Intervention, Play-based Intervention, Peer-learning, and Compassionate Care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research in the field of pediatric development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field preferred.
- Experience working with neurodivergent children preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
