Berry College is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admissions Counselor to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will have the chance to advocate for the College among a variety of audiences, both in-person and virtually. Your efforts will focus on leveraging technology to achieve enrollment objectives while collaborating closely with the Admissions Team.
Your key responsibilities will include traveling to meet prospective students and their families, explaining the admissions process, discussing financial aid options, leading informational sessions, collecting and interpreting data, and engaging in outreach initiatives. Additionally, you may be involved in scholarship program management, supporting transfer student efforts, marketing activities, and other assigned projects.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree
- A genuine desire to assist others
- A strong appreciation for the benefits of a liberal arts education
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- A valid driver's license
