Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
  • Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Teach and counsel patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Current CPR or BCLS certification.
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
