About the Role

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing and developing automation solutions that meet our organization's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automation solutions using tools such as Selenium (Python preferred)
  • Create tools and frameworks with quality code to simplify testing scenarios
  • Design and develop test plans, and test cases based on functional and design specifications
  • Work in partnership with development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality
  • Act as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • 8+ years of software testing experience in all phases of testing
  • Excellent understanding of QA and testing methodologies, best practices
  • 5+ years of experience as an Automation QA Tester
  • 5+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and executing automation tests using tools such as Selenium
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile processes
