Job Summary

Medline is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for independently setting quality standards, developing testing methods, and evaluating production processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Design and conduct experiments to analyze data and evaluate process changes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead supplier qualifications and provide quality expertise in product development and design control.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations associated with product lines and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Math, or a related technical field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance or engineering.
  • Experience applying knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in Medical Devices, Drugs, and/or fields directly related to the role.
  • Knowledge of advanced Six Sigma/Lean concepts.
