Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services for school age students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience and be licensed to practice in the state where the position is located.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student independence and participation in daily activities
Requirements
  • Active or pending state OT license
  • OT DOE certification
  • Previous school/IEP experience preferred, but not required
  • Guaranteed hours for direct onsite services
