Daily Responsibilities

As a Culinary Service Associate, your role will include:

Preparing and upholding the menu items in accordance with our culinary standards, utilizing approved ingredients while adhering to food safety, health, and sustainability protocols.

Addressing customer inquiries to support informed purchasing decisions and processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, in line with cash handling guidelines.


Ensuring equipment functionality by following operational protocols, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning.

Maintaining a clean and organized supply of dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment that meets Food Safety Standards.

Overseeing the cleanliness and orderliness of dining and recreational areas.

Managing the food market by supervising merchandising, pricing, stock management, and the cleaning and sanitization of sampling equipment and areas.


Ensuring precise and timely price communication across all food offerings, including digital platforms and menu displays.

Maintaining stock rotation and inventory in all food solutions, following First In, First Out (FIFO) practices, expiration dates, and sustainability guidelines.

Implementing food policies and procedures for inventory management.

Complying with safe food handling, workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, promptly reporting any concerns to management.

Contributing to a workplace culture that embraces diversity and fosters a strong sense of community among co-workers and customers.

Employment Details

JOB TYPE - Permanent, Full-time, Hourly Position
HOURS - 34-40 hours per week (HL3) / Benefits Eligible

SHIFTS - Flexible availability required, including evenings and weekends; work schedules are communicated in advance.

The hourly compensation for this role is $24.10
