Job Summary

The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is a vital member of our team, responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing. This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draw blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner
  • Prepare blood specimens for lab testing
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment
  • Perform daily activities accurately and on time
  • Work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience
  • One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred
Work Environment

This role requires flexibility and availability based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Applicants with 1 year of experience or certification are preferred.
