Regulatory Projects Manager

The Regulatory Projects Manager is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day regulatory projects, regulatory cases, and issues that impact multiple jurisdictions. This position serves as the primary regulatory interface for various internal departments and external parties, including regulatory commissions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include managing regulatory filings, presentations, and testimony, coordinating with internal departments, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory commission staff and interveners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of related regulatory experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
  • Manage regulatory filings, presentations, and testimony for all customer service functions, reliability and safety activities, corporate functions, and treasury functions at the state regulatory commissions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent responses and high-quality presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory commission staff and interveners.
  • Review and analyze regulatory data and financial models to inform regulatory decisions.
  • Prepare and present regulatory reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and track legislative bills that have the potential to impact the company.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of seven years of related regulatory experience.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory data and financial models.
  • Ability to prepare and present regulatory reports and presentations.
