We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plant Parts Room Associate to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and Inventory Management: Restock consumables, critical spare parts, and parts inventory, and provide PO delivery status updates for outstanding orders from respective vendors.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain and receive all spare parts inventory in both Oracle EBS & Power Pick Global systems, and perform weekly/quarterly MRO Cycle counts into Oracle/PPG systems.
- Maintenance Planning: Generate and complete PM Work Order Scripts, and manage work order backlog, facilitating maintenance planning meetings and assisting technicians during downtime events.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with Maintenance and Production Teams to effectively execute Repair work orders, and evaluate and assess PM effectiveness to ensure time planned and PM tasks are appropriate.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment, with proficiency in Inventory Management Systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Similar.
- Skills: Proficient in CMMS/ERP systems, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
