Lead ABA Therapist for Behavioral Development

Responsibilities- Provide expert 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using ABA techniques, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts in home, school, and community settings.
- Assist clients in acquiring essential life skills, such as toileting, eating, and self-help skills, with compassion and dedication.
- Utilize our proprietary iPad for data collection and progress reporting, ensuring accurate and timely updates on client performance and behavior.
- Maintain safe handling procedures when working with clients, who may display aggressive or violent behavior, requiring vigilance and empathy.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and caregivers, fostering strong relationships built on trust and respect.
- Participate in clinical team meetings, staff training sessions, and adhere to company policies, including mandatory child health and safety protocols.
- You must be a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA).
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in your work, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.
- Be willing to drive approximately 45 minutes to and from client locations, demonstrating a commitment to accessibility and convenience.
- Undergo DOJ & FBI background verification and TB testing, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- Possess outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, making you an ideal fit for our dynamic team.
