Responsibilities
  • Provide expert 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using ABA techniques, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts in home, school, and community settings.
  • Assist clients in acquiring essential life skills, such as toileting, eating, and self-help skills, with compassion and dedication.
  • Utilize our proprietary iPad for data collection and progress reporting, ensuring accurate and timely updates on client performance and behavior.
  • Maintain safe handling procedures when working with clients, who may display aggressive or violent behavior, requiring vigilance and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and caregivers, fostering strong relationships built on trust and respect.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, staff training sessions, and adhere to company policies, including mandatory child health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • You must be a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA).
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in your work, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience working with children with developmental disabilities using ABA principles.
  • Be willing to drive approximately 45 minutes to and from client locations, demonstrating a commitment to accessibility and convenience.
  • Undergo DOJ & FBI background verification and TB testing, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
